Calvin was our eyes and ears during the home-buying process, which was especially beneficial because we purchased from out of state. He put our needs first and was very patient as we canceled one contract that was not working for us 2 days before closing. He got to work finding us a new place and going to viewings yet again. He fought with escrow and got them to do their job and stop inconveniencing us when the new lender delayed closing and escrow was refusing to use a mobile notary and wanted to wait even longer, which would have either rushed us while on the road to the new house or resulted in us paying those $250 per day late fees if we couldn't get to where we needed to be for signing. We were delighted to be able to close on the day as scheduled after they finally provided us with the mobile notary, which allowed us to drive securely without worrying about getting to the signing. He was there to fight our battles when necessary, and there were a few, and he made sure the process went as smoothly as possible overall. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
